Itsy Bitsy Stitches accepts Etsy Direct Check Out or PayPal. Major credit cards are accepted at both. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made previously. We will also accept money order or check mailed to our P.O. box, however, checks will be held for ten (10) business days prior to shipment. Any check returned for NSF will be charged $35. No check will be accepted without prior authorization from us. We can also accept all major credit cards over the phone. Message us with your phone number and we will call you for the information.
Illinois tax of 7.25% will be added to residents living within Illinois.
Sales tax will also be applied to those states that require.

Shipping from United States

We will only ship to the address that you have provided to Etsy. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is requested to ship to another address.

We ship via USPS to USA only and most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Unless prior arrangements are made, we no longer ship internationally. If you live in the US, we will provide you with a confirmation/tacking number. For international shipping, we will provide you with the tracking number but will not be responsible for the package once in leaves the United States. We will be happy to ship via a different carrier, however, shipping prices may not be the same. We will insure the package at your request for an additional amount. Canadian residents, we do not guarantee delivery to outlying areas. Delivery to these areas can take 2-4 weeks. We will combine items and will reduce shipping costs, if available.
I am able to fit up to 8 yards or a 40 piece FQ bundle into a padded, priority mail envelope (or up to 4 lbs internationally)
I try very hard to keep all shipping costs down and therefore will try to get as much into a package as possible or into the smallest package I can. Therefore, ALL LAYER CAKES will be folded in half to get into an envelope. Should you NOT want this, please message me BEFORE ordering and I will set up a private listing with shipping for you. The shipping for unfolded layercakes may be MORE than what is listed.
I will refund any shipping overages that are more than $1

Addresses may not be changed within the "note" section of an order. These are not covered by Etsy. Please follow Etsy policy and review your order before placing it to make sure the address is correct. If the address is not correct please send me an email or a conversation so that this can be addressed correctly.
I am not responsible if an order is placed incorrectly.

We DO NOT accept cancellations! If you order it, you will receive it.
WE DO NOT accept returns for anything other than manufacturer defect. If you order it incorrectly, its yours!

All fabrics and products are new/unwashed. All items and fabrics are kept in a smoke free environment that is also pet free.

Kits are cut and packaged by the manufacturer. Should a fabric be substituted for one you see in the photo, it will be described as a substitution in the listing...no surprises!!! All kits will include pattern, fabric for top and binding only. NO backing or batting will be included unless described in the listing.

We will do our best do complete a custom order for you....should there be a book, fabric or other quilting notion that you are looking for. Please send us a message we will look for the product a and if available, will get it for you at the best possible price.

Books and patterns are also new and unused.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
